Cancellation and Refund Policy

Delivery Timeline : 30 minutes to 1 Hour Approx. & Depends on Order Items and Quantity also. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a reservation, Online Booking / Order, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the table to other guests. For reservations canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of 25% may be apply.

Refund Policy

Process timeline: “Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 1 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.”

  • Takeout/Delivery Orders: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is immediately sent to our kitchen to be prepared. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for canceled takeout or delivery orders. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect items, missing food), please contact us immediately at 94187-65065, and we will do our best to resolve it. We may offer a credit for a future order or a replacement item at our discretion.
Refund Timeline: 
  • For Online Table Booking: 24 Hours advance. No Cancellation charges applied. Full Refund.
  • For Takeout & Home Delivery Orders: Before Order Placed & Confirmed, It is Immediately Refund Placed, But Please Confirmed Us on time at +91-94187-65065
